We had our breakfast at 8am,which was not as usual, because we had to leave really early in the morning so we could arrive on time for our canoe trip. Everyone was so excited because it was a new experience for most of participants. We were all eager to star our journey, and so we took our life jackets, put them on and waited for instructions from the professionals who were invited to show as and to explain us the follow up.
Every canoe had an experienced person in it. Though we had some troubles with the wind on the Koiva river, we successfully arrived on the shore. We put up our tents and started with the most difficult part of the trip-the cooking. Our dinner on the ninth day and was not like the others, not the kind of dinner people were used to. We were having a barbeque, and we finished it with a delicious and tasty marshmallows. The mosquitos were not so big of a problem, but we were not prepared for such a cold night in June.
